I chose Japan because it has a special meaning for national porcelain. The company started with barium titanate and became the second company in the world to successfully use high temperature and high pressure hydrothermal process to mass produce high purity and nanoscale barium titanate powder after Sakai Chemical. The name of national porcelain comes from "Chinese ceramics". Both Chinese and English mean Chinese ceramics. At the same time, the standard of Japanese Kyocera came from the very low-level original intention of the founder of the company at that time, which was to make some contribution to the cause of Chinese ceramics. Since 2005, the company has begun to learn Japan's advanced lean management methods. In 2017, combined with its own business characteristics and years of management precipitation, the company developed a national porcelain business system (CBS) with strategic deployment (PD), daily management (DM) and problem-solving process (PSP) as its core, and built it into one of the company's three core competitiveness. At the farewell party for study and research in Japan, Zhang Xi, chairman of the company, expressed good wishes to the team that is about to travel. At the same time, he stressed that we should always maintain an open and inclusive attitude, encourage everyone to experience different cultures and broaden their horizons. First stop: Mount Fuji, Japan. Here, you can look up at the magnificence of Fuji Mountain and get a bird's-eye view of Hakone Scenic Area. Then everyone came to the world cultural heritage Ninano Bahai, one of the hundred scenic spots in Xinfuyue and known as "Jiuzhai in Japan". The snowmelt water of Mount Fuji creates Ninye Lake. With the volcanic activity of Mount Fuji, Ninye Lake is divided into eight springs and pools, thus Ninye Bahai gets its name.

Second stop: Osaka City Park. After experiencing the hot springs in the Fuji Mountains, everyone took the Shinkansen to Osaka City Park, during which they visited the world cultural heritage Todai Temple, Kiyomizu Temple (Ernian Sakan, Sannian Sakan) and Nara Shenlu Park, the terminus of the Silk Road with many world heritage sites. Here, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the quaint and solemn buildings and the green lawn, and the presence of the deer adds a mysterious and romantic atmosphere to this land.

The third stop, Osaka International Exhibition Center. May 8 coincides with Japan's international high-performance ceramics exhibition, which is the world's largest high-performance ceramics industry exhibition, representing the leading level of the global high-performance ceramics industry. At the exhibition, ceramic manufacturers from all over the world showed the latest products and technologies, including high-performance ceramic materials used in electronics, medical, aerospace and other fields. Song Xibin, director of the company, led a team to participate in the exhibition. He encouraged everyone to have an empty cup and an open mind to look at the world, so that they can have the opportunity to understand the world and seize every opportunity to increase their awareness. When we saw the ceramic balls produced by our company competing with the products of optical communication companies, we felt very honored. At the same time, we also saw the gap with world-class ceramic manufacturers. "We really hope that through our leading exhibits, we can contribute to the technological progress of new materials and the improvement of industry standards." The fourth stop, Kyocera Kyocera. In order to personally experience the differences in business operations between China and Japan, learn from each other's strong points, and learn from the standards, everyone had the honor to come to Kazuo Inamori Kyocera to learn about Kazuo Inamori's growth and Kyocera's development process. Kyocera developed from a small factory to the world's top 500. Kyocera's similar growth process and Kazuo Inamori's philosophy of "respecting heaven and loving people" and living with special seriousness "every day, all the time to inspire every porcelain visitors. Walking into the Kazuo Inamori Memorial Hall and the Kyocera Products Museum, everyone was infected by its corporate culture and social responsibility. By visiting the manufacturing process of Kyocera's precision ceramic products, from raw material preparation, molding, sintering to the final precision processing and application scenarios, Kyocera The strict control of product quality and the continuous pursuit of innovative technologies have left a deep impression on everyone.

The six-day and five-night study tour is like a "mobile classroom", leading everyone out of the country, capturing the scenery with both eyes, measuring the world with both feet, and feeling the breadth and depth of culture with heart. Colleagues who participated in the study tour to Japan said that the worthwhile trip not only gained rich knowledge and good memories, but also deepened the friendship between each other.
